Signup

Choose the most suitable plan and signup to start using it .

Register your company

Register your company by clicking on the Add Company tab and filling out the form that follows.

Add users/vendor to the company

If you want to add a vendor or add a new user to your company like "Employee" , "Purchaser", "Admin", "Owner" click on Invite Employee/Vendor tab on the header .

Create costing for a style

Create a costing for the style and all the componenets which will go in making a shoe/bag A form will appear with all the details like the following : -

  • Name of the job
  • Quantity
  • Add image of the job which needs to be produced (eg : - The kind of shirt, trouser, shoe etc.)
  • Add items which are required to complete the job (eg : - cloth, labels, etc.)

Create order sheet

Create order sheet with detail of the costing/s and hit build BOM

Create a BOM for the company

Received a new job ? Want to be sure when to start it ? Click on Jobs tab in the header and click on New Job option from the drop down . A form will appear with all the details like the following : -

  • Name of the job
  • Quantity
  • Add image of the job which needs to be produced (eg : - The kind of shirt, trouser, shoe etc.)
  • Add items which are required to complete the job (eg : - cloth, labels, etc.)

Give order for the articles required for the job

You can give order to your favourite vendor by clicking on Orders and then clicking New Order link . Following are the benefits : -

  • Add multiple articles in the same order form
  • Attach images for the articles for reference purpose
  • You and your vendor both will receive an email notification alongwith the details of the order form
  • Once you have received the order you can mark your order as complete and give feedback to the vendor
