  • Inactive Accounts

    iVendor reserves the right to terminate trial user accounts and their associated data within 1 month of account expiration. Warnings of account deletion will be sent via email prior to termination. It is the responsibility of the user to backup any information stored on their iVendor account prior to deletion.

  • Illegal Activities and Spam

    You agree to not use iVendor’s services in any illegal or spamming activities. You agree not to transmit any material that is defamatory, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, unlawful, abusive, harassing, harmful, pornographic, threatening, obscene, objectionable, offends religious sentiments, contains viruses, infringes on intellectual property, promotes racism, or is vulgar. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we have reason to believe it is being used for illegal services and/or unauthorized activity. Illegally distributing copyrighted material through iVendor is strictly prohibited.

  • Confidentiality

    Client records and their customer’s records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the provison that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail . Any emails sent by iVendor will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

  • Failed Transaction

    In case the cheque for subscription is dishounoured the account will be suspended immediately. User of the concerned account will be notified by email . Accounts will be restored once the transaction has been done successfully .

  • Upgrading/Downgrading subscription

    User wanting to upgrade/downgrade subscription can do so by requiesting the site admin and making the full payment of the chosen upgrade. If the upgrade/downgrade is made in the middle of a billying cycle then the amount will be adjusted in the next billing cycle . Users are requested to take the backup of data before requesting downgrade .

  • Cancellation Policy

    If a cancellation request is made, account will be cancelled only after the completion of the current billing cycle . It will be the responsibility of the user to backup all their data before making the cancellation request.
